Use outside their designated application or for the profit of others is not permitted. Certain collateral materials are provided to you in the courses to assist you in your growth. You have the right to use these materials as granted.

You are purchasing access, only, to our courses and the collateral materials provided. That access is granted to a single user, the person who purchased the course(s) through our website. These programs may not be broadcast, displayed, projected or shared with others who have not purchased access. Group viewing by non-purchasing students is considered a breach of our copyright and all avenues will be sought to protect our intellectual property, and damages will be sought, including punitive damages.

Use in classrooms is not allowed unless contractually agreed. Group or multi-use licensing programs are available–please contact us to make approved arrangements.

Your access is intended to be continuous. In the unlikely event that some component of your access is malfunctioning, please contact us via the contact form on our website. We will confirm the status of our servers and communicate with you our assurance that our website is functioning as intended. We do not offer computer or internet technical support—you will need to contact your own support providers.

In accordance with international intellectual property policies, once purchased, there are no refunds possible. Please be certain of your purchase. Any claims for refunds or “charge backs” will be vigorously disputed.

When you partake of our courses, our online community or avail yourself of our support in your business, we require that you do not make disparaging or negative remarks about us or our programs in any public venue, on social media or online statements. In the event this happens, we will assume you no longer are interested in participating in our community and you will be removed from our groups and your access will be terminated.
